Often our thinking gets us into a rut of negativity. It’s important to admit that negative thoughts cause bad feelings that are really debilitating. Here’s one way to combat that:
Admit two things:
Bad is not more real than good. Good is all around us and comes from other people.
Our ideal state is powerful. Let’s use affirmation instead of negativity, like
Well-paying and fulfilling work comes easily to me.
I trust the process of life
And I am safe.
